Consultation & Wheel Design
This project focused on creating a bespoke 22-inch forged wheel setup that complemented the elegant yet sporty styling of the Mercedes-Benz W217. Working closely with the client, we selected the ideal wheel specifications, finish, and fitment to achieve a refined appearance while maintaining perfect proportions and functionality.
3D Wheel Rendering
Before manufacturing began, a detailed 3D render was produced to visualise the final design. This allowed every aspect of the wheel - from the spoke pattern and concavity to the finish and overall stance to be reviewed and approved, ensuring complete confidence before production.
Final Inspection & Quality Control
Once production was complete, the forged wheels underwent a thorough inspection at our workshop. Every detail was carefully assessed, including the finish, machining, and fitment, ensuring the completed set met our exacting quality standards before installation.
Final Installation
The finished 22-inch forged wheels were professionally fitted to the Mercedes-Benz W217, enhancing its presence with a bold yet sophisticated look. Designed specifically for the vehicle, the completed build showcases the perfect balance of precision engineering, premium craftsmanship, and bespoke styling.
