For this Mercedes-Benz W222 project, the objective was to create a refined forged wheel design that complemented the vehicle's luxury styling while incorporating custom carbon aerodiscs for a distinctive, aerodynamic appearance. Through close collaboration with the client, every detail—from wheel dimensions and fitment to the carbon disc design and finish—was carefully specified before detailed engineering schematics were produced.

A detailed 3D render was created to bring the concept to life before manufacturing began. This allowed the client to visualise the forged wheel design, carbon aerodiscs, finish, and overall stance on the vehicle, ensuring every aspect met the desired vision before production commenced.

Following production, the forged wheels and carbon aerodiscs underwent a thorough quality inspection. Every component was checked for precision, finish quality, and perfect fitment, ensuring the completed set met our exacting standards before delivery.

The completed wheels and custom carbon aerodiscs were professionally fitted to the Mercedes-Benz W222, delivering a striking combination of luxury, performance, and individuality. The finished build reflects the precision engineering and craftsmanship invested throughout every stage of the project.
